Wadham College is fully committed to providing accessibility for people with disabilities. We have undertaken a services-based access audit and introduced a number of structural and procedural measures. Others are being actively planned for early implementation. As part of this broad process, Wadham College has drawn up a Disability Equality Scheme, which can be downloaded in pdf format. The College Disability Equality Scheme Survey can be found here. To be as effective as possible this must take account of the views of members, staff, visitors and other institutional stakeholders -- with or without disabilities.
