Wadham has a long history of promoting gender equality, and continues to take steps to ensure that discrimination does not take place in the College, in any context, on the grounds of gender. As required by the Equality Act 2006, the College has drawn up a Gender Equality Scheme, designed to be considered alongside the University's scheme.
