Important information for candidates who applied to Wadham for entry in 2012 (or deferred entry in 2013).
Post-interview Decision Letters Letters to all applicants, regardless of outcome, have all now been posted, and were sent between Thursday 15th and Monday 19th December. Decision letters were emailed to candidates giving overseas addresses; a copy of the letter is also sent by post. The Admissions Office is now closed until January.
Feedback will be sent to referees in the second half of January 2012.
Keeping in touch It is essential that if your postal or email addresses change at any point you let us know directly (by email to admissions@wadh.ox.ac.uk), as well as updating the UCAS site - otherwise we will send correspondence to the addresses supplied on your original application. If your address is a term time address, it is also important that you let us know which alternative address you would like us to use, and whether you are able to access your school email account from home. Please note that if you have been offered a place and your school email address is due to expire at the end of the academic year, it is very important that you notify us of an alternative email address as we will be sending correspondence by email about reading lists over the summer vacation.
Communication with the Wadham College Admissions Office All queries should please be directed to the Admissions Administrator, Dr Jenny Tamplin. We prefer to receive queries by email, if possible, to admissions@wadh.ox.ac.uk, but if urgent you may also phone the Admissions Office on +44 (0) 1865 277545 during office hours.
Please include your name, Personal ID, and Name of Course in any correspondence.
