Whether you are planning a day event or an extended programme, looking for a film location or organising a wedding reception, Wadham offers you plenty of choice, all on one accessible site.  Ask for a tour of the College and we will be delighted to show you round.

• Ideal for residential or non-residential, small or large events.  Wadham can cater for meetings of 12 people, up to 200 indoors, or more outside. Our most frequently requested formats are 1-day non-residential, or 2-day/ 3-day residential conferences. Extended conferences and summer schools are welcome.

• Ten main function rooms to suit your needs.
Every event is different and at Wadham you will find the ideal combination of function rooms. Oak-panelled meeting rooms... a contemporary tiered lecture theatre...the historic Holywell Music Room built in 1742 as Europe’s first public concert venue....even marquees in our spacious 6-acre gardens.

• Plenty of choice for dining.   Our dining rooms seat groups of 16, 60, 100 or 150 in superb surroundings. As well as during College vacations, you can book Dinners at Wadham on any Saturday or Sunday during Term.

• Smart, comfortable accommodation. We can offer you characterful and comfortable accommodation. 150 rooms are available in the Easter vacation, 250 rooms in the Summer vacation, and from mid-December to early January. If you are on holiday, you can even stay at Wadham as B&B visitors.

When can I have my event?

As an Oxford University College, priority is given to students during term time.  The Easter, Summer and Christmas vacations shown below provide the opportunity to have your event or conference at Wadham.
