We had one of our best weekends ever! Everything went off very smoothly and the IT people were ready and waiting when I arrived. Dinner and breakfast were superb. We are already looking forward to next year’s event! 

At Wadham, you can look forward to comfortable rooms with character. The whole experience is a world away from the uniformity of hotel facilities. In place of a TV, you could enjoy views over rooftops and College Quads. Instead of minbars and muzac, you’ll find quiet staircases passing Tutors’ doors. As standard, all rooms include:

• A Welcome Toiletries Pack
• Phone point internet connection. Wireless in some areas.
• Card-operated telephone
• Tea and Coffee making
• Towels and washing facilities
• Refrigerator

What rooms are available?
You can choose accommodation for up to 250 delegates from a wide range of rooms. These are grouped together on shared staircases throughout the College buildings. Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 10.00 am. We are happy to store luggage for guests and delegates during the day after check out.

You can reserve bedrooms with separate sitting rooms, and twin-bedded rooms. Some of our rooms overlook the Front Quad, you have a choice of 13 single single bed rooms (15 from Easter 2012), 6 twin bed rooms (14 from Summer 2012) and 1disabled single – all with en-suite facilities. Where rooms do not have en-suite facilities, there is always a bathroom nearby.

Laundry facilities with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and irons are available for the use of guests.

Self-catering accommodation
If you would prefer to stay in a self-contained flat, our self-catering accommodation at Merifield could fit the bill perfectly.  Located in Summertown, approximately 2 miles away, self-catering College flats are ideal for singles, groups of friends or families. They are available in July, August and September.
