Wadham College has an active outreach programme committed to encouraging academically able students, regardless of their background, to apply to the Russell Group universities more broadly, and Oxford University more specifically. Across all of our Access activities, we offer guidance to students about applying to higher education institutions and, in addition, provide advice to prospective Oxford applicants.

Under the University’s Regionalisation Scheme, each Oxford College focuses their outreach work on particular local authorities across the UK.Oxford college regions
This measure has been undertaken to improve the way in which we communicate information, advice and guidance to teachers. The scheme will not have any bearing on the Oxford admissions process and will not influence whether a college offers a candidate a place. It is also not intended to replace any existing contact a school may have with a particular college or department.
Wadham college has been allocated the regions of:
Barking and Dagenham, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hackney, Havering, Islington, Luton, Milton Keynes, Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets
