The Tutorial Office maintains academic records and processes entries for examinations, as well as administering various grants, scholarships and prizes. The Tutorial Office is where you should take any questions relating to the academic, as opposed to the accommodation side of your life. It is also where you should go to book a place on a graduation ceremony, to replace lost library cards, and to request any official transcripts you require. The Senior Tutor oversees academic appointments and the College teaching of undergraduates. Together with the Tutor for Undergraduates and Tutor for Graduates, the Senior Tutor's functions cover the whole range of academic welfare. She is available to all students to give advice on any academic or personal concerns. The Tutor for Graduates is responsible for Wadham graduate students. With the help of the Tutorial Office, the Tutor for Graduates deals with admissions, changes of status, and graduate examinations entries, and may be consulted on academic or personal matters by any graduate. Prof. Yiannis Ventikos - Tutor for Undergraduates The Tutor for Undergraduates is responsible for Wadham undergraduate students. With the help of the Tutorial Office, the Tutor for Undergraduates deals with student progress and academic monitoring, and may be consulted on academic or personal matters by any undergraduate. Mr Ian Britton - Academic Administrator The Academic Administrator runs the Tutorial Office and is the Information Custodian for Wadham. They also deal with registration, OxCORT and out-tuition, prizes and academic appointments. Mrs Theo Rnjak - Tutorial Office Administrator Contact Theo for information on exams, degree days, transcripts and university cards. Contact Alex for information on committee matters, room bookings, collections and amendments to the college website. Alex is also PA to the Dean, Tutor for Undergraduates and Tutor for Graduates. Dr Jenny Tamplin - Access and Admissions Administrator Jenny can help with all admissions queries (both undergraduate and graduate), access activities, including school visits, and requests for the College prospectus.
