FOR WADHAM STUDENTS ONLY If you have lost your University Card, or if it has been damaged or has expired, then the Tutorial Office can order a new one. You can either: - call in person at the office (staircase 15, upstairs)
- OR send an email to the Tutorial Office including your name, course and the reason you would like to order a new card (is the old one broken, or stolen, or did you lose it?)
If your card has been lost then you must report this to the Tutorial Office in the first instance, please do not make the online payment before you have reported the lost card. You will need to pay a £10 fee and further details of how to make this payment will be sent to you once you report the card as lost.
If your card has been stolen then you will need to provide the Crime Reference number and you will not be charged for a replacement card.
If your card has stopped working, the picture is faded or the card is damaged then the Card Office will not charge you for a replacement.
When ordering a replacement card, you will not need to provide a new photograph. You will receive an e-mail when your new card has arrived, and you must collect it in person from the Tutorial Office.
If you have lost your card, or it has been stolen, you can apply for a temporary card from the Bursary (email jan.lees@wadh.ox.ac.uk) which can be used to purchase meals until your new card arrives.
