The College welcomes feedback on its academic provision.

Undergraduates are invited to complete:

(a) A Self-Assessment Questionnaire (to assess their own progress and work during the term)

(b) A Tutorial Feedback Questionnaire (to comment on their tutorials, classes and lectures)

Both surveys will be available to complete online from 6pm on Friday of 6th week. The closing dates for each are given below.

Please either:

-Follow the links above to complete the questionnaires online;

-Download the forms as Word Documents (click here for the Self-Assessment questionnaire in this format, or here for the Tutorial Feedback questionnaire);

-Collect hard copies from the dockets at the bottom of the Tutorial Office Staircase (Staircase 15) or from the Porters' Lodge.

Please either complete the questionnaires online, or return to the Tutorial Office, either in person, via the Tutorial Office pigeon-hole in the Lodge, or by email to tutorial@wadh.ox.ac.uk. The deadline for Self-Assessment forms is Friday of 7th week, and for Tutorial Feedback Forms, Friday of 8th week.
Graduates are advised to complete the feedback section of their termly reports via the Graduate Supervision System (GSS) - accessible at www.gss.ox.ac.uk - by the end of 7th week.
