Rooms on the main college site are charged on a termly basis and charges include dinner, heat and light. If vacation residence is not requested, rooms have to be cleared during the vacations. Vacation residence is normally available but preference is given to finalists and students from overseas, especially during the Easter vacation. Undergraduates living at Merifield have 9-month contracts which run continuously from the beginning October to the end of June although students may, if they wish, stay on at Merifield during the Summer vacation. Graduate contracts are for 11 months (Start of October to end of August). Charging for additional periods is on a daily basis as is vacation residence in college. However, there are generous vacation grants available to help with the cost of staying in Oxford over the holidays for academic purposes.  Normal rental at Merifield is charged on a termly basis and includes gas and electricity charges.

College
£1062.82 per term (58 or 59 days). This includes accommodation, heat and light and weekday dinners during term time. Out of term-time there is a £12.93 charge per night vacation residence charge (not including food).

£388.89 per month. Rent includes gas and electricity. Undergraduates take a nine-month lease, and graduates an eleven-month lease.
