The College Steward oversees the day to day domestic operations for the Lodge, Housekeeping and Catering operations.  All enquiries in the first instance concerning rooms, furnishings, service, catering and the like are dealt with by the Steward.  He is also the Designated Premises Supervisor which means that he controls the sale and consumption of alcohol sold in the College.
