Wadham College is looking for casual workers to assist with general tasks in areas such as food & beverage service (catering/hall service) and Housekeeping, at busy times of the year and particularly during the summer period. The working hours are flexible and this may include weekend working and some evenings.

Wage:  £9.30 an hour

Casual work is available in the following areas:

• Food & Beverage service: serving food and drink, laying and clearing tables, assisting in the bar. Various shifts available including weekend and evening work. 

• Housekeeping: cleaning rooms, replenishing stock, moving furniture. Mainly during the day and occasionally at weekends.  

If you wish to work in a specific area then please make this clear on your application form. 

Successful candidates should be reliable, able to work as a team and on their own initiative, have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions. Casual workers must be able to work to a high standard of cleaning and hygiene. Full training and some uniform will be provided.
