Sales & Events Executive
Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a permanent, full time Sales & Events Executive. This post supports the Head of Accommodation, Sales & Events in generating income and managing the College’s internal and external events. The post holder will respond to booking enquiries, operate a deposit and invoicing system, show prospective clients around the College, maintain database system and administrative systems, and provide general administrative support.
Salary: £22,847 - £26,341 pa (discretionary to £28,756 pa), depending on qualifications and experience. Grade 4 of the University Salary scale

This role involves a high level of liaison with people at all levels such as College Fellows, support staff, students and clients as well as focusing on administrative tasks and data inputting. The postholder will need to have events or hospitality experience, experience in a sales focused environment, administrative skills, excellent communications skills and IT skills.
Full time: 36.5 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday. There may be occasional bank holidays or weekend working.
