Library Study Sessions

Book your seat

Please click here: Schedule online

  1. Select a date and time
  2. Scroll down and enter your name and email address
  3. Click book

If the date is greyed out this means that all the seats have been booked and there is no availability – or that you are trying to book too far in advance.

When you have successfully booked a session you will receive a confirmation email and also a reminder email the day before the session.

Important points to note

A) You must book at least 24 hours in advance and you can only book up to 4 days ahead.
B) In order to share out access to as many as possible, please do not book more than 3 sessions in any one week.
C) There is no seat numbering system within the booking system itself. When you arrive at the library at the start of the session that you have booked you will be given a seat number by the library staff.
D) Due to software limitations, the end time and duration of each session is not correctly listed, but the start times are correct – please be reassured that you have the seat you have booked for the duration of the session according to the advertised times (see table above).
E) Please make sure you take all your possessions away with you at the end of your session so that the desk area is entirely as you found it when you arrived. This is in order to allow the Housekeeping team to thoroughly clean the library.
