Wadham’s Access to Excellence programme aims to support young people from the moment they consider university, through their undergraduate and graduate studies, and as they go out into the world to make a positive impact on society.

To meet the financial needs of many students who are suffering additional hardship during the pandemic, Wadham launched a COVID-19 Support Fund in the early months of the pandemic.

While the pandemic has touched all of our lives, it is clear that students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds have been disproportionately affected, and it is imperative that we ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive in their studies.

Alumni and friends of the College have shown their characteristically remarkable support and generosity so far, and we are truly touched. It is clear, however, that the pandemic’s long-term impact will continue to be deeply felt by our students throughout the academic year ahead.

Your donations of all sizes will enable the College to offer immediate assistance to those students worst affected by the pandemic.

Thank you for your continued support of Wadham, financially, in spirit, and with your friendship.  I wish you and your family well and I look forward to welcoming you all back to Wadham’s beautiful grounds when we emerge on the other side of this pandemic.
