Wadham is home to doctoral students working on a wide range of projects in the fields of zoology, ecology, plant sciences and molecular biosciences.
The Courses
Wadham admits doctoral researchers working in the Department of Zoology and the Department of Plant Sciences. We also accept applicants for the Interdisciplinary Bioscience Doctoral Training Programme, the Environmental Research Doctoral Training Partnership, the Life Science Interface Doctoral Training Centre and the Systems Biology Doctoral Training Centre; details of all these programmes can be found here.

Prof Nathalie Seddon
Natalie is an evolutionary ecologist studying the origins and maintenance of biodiversity in South America.
Prof Francesco Licausi
Francesco's research looks at the molecular oxygen essential for aerobic organisms, including plants.
