Whether you’re planning a conference for 250 delegates, a top level business meeting or a small academic gathering, Wadham College offers a variety of rooms to meet your needs, located in the centre of Oxford.
Meeting at Wadham
For meetings with a flavour of ‘old Oxford’ choose a meeting room located in the oldest part of the College, such as the Knowles Room or the Old Seminar Room. Larger, more modern meeting spaces can be found in the Old Refectory, the Lee Shau Kee Seminar Rooms, the Goddard Room and the Okinaga Room. The Moser Theatre and Holywell Music Room seat 130 and 194 respectively. Wadham offers site-wide wi-fi access and IT support. Please find room specifications and facilities below.

Conferences Summer Schools and Residential Courses
Ideal for residential or non-residential conferences, Wadham can cater for gatherings of up to 200 indoors. We have 7 main function rooms, including the Holywell Music Room, to hold your delegates, and a variety of different dining options. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the modern refectory (seats 100) or Hall (seats 150) followed by buffet or two-course lunch arrangements to suit your conference schedule.
