Dorothy Wadham Building

Beautiful and modern ensuite accommodation, and winner of the RIBA South Building of the Year 2021.

Dorothy Wadham Building accommodates a small number of graduates along with about 110 undergraduates in a friendly, lively community. Situated on Iffley Road, just east of the City Centre, you'll be within walking distance of lively pubs and restaurants. There are regular buses to the Centre and the route can be cycled in under 10 minutes.

The Dorothy Wadham Building offers single bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, arranged in clusters, each with shared kitchen/dining areas. The site has CCTV, electronic card-controlled access, a resident site manager and two Junior Deans.

There is an attractive internal courtyard garden, a garden room/TV lounge, a computer room and laundry room.

The site, buildings, and eight of the bedrooms are fully accessible for students with disabilities.

This site also includes three small flats suitable for couples on Percy Street, adjacent to the Dorothy Wadham Building.

Students living in the Dorothy Wadham Building can still make use of the facilities on the Main Site.
