Wadham’s access and outreach team provides a responsive and inclusive programme to help young people make informed choices about their futures.
Our Link Regions
Under the University’s Regionalisation Scheme, each Oxford College focuses their outreach work on particular local authorities across the UK. Our link regions are Barking and Dagenham, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hackney, Havering, Islington, Luton, Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets.
Visits
Sustained Contact Programmes
Wadham Summer Schools
Pupils take part in a week-long academic programme, live in College, meet student ambassadors studying at Oxford, and receive information, advice and guidance on applying to university. Applicants must be year 12s studying at a UK state school or sixth form. There are 48 places available each year, across three subject streams: Classics, Modern Languages, and Biology & Human Sciences.
