We offer a Term Time Licence (Main Site only) and a Full Academic Year Licence.
Term Time Licence Dates 2026-27

- 7 October 2026 – 10am on 5 December 2026
- Main Site, Hilary Term
- 15 January 2027 – 10am on 13 March 2027
- Main Site, Trinity Term
- 21 April 2027 – 10am on 19 June 2027
Full Academic Year Licence Dates 2025-26
- Main Site
- 7 October 2026 – 10am on 19 June 2027.
- Dorothy Wadham Building
- 26 September 2026 – 10am on 20 June 2027
- Merifield
- 1 October 2026 – 10am on 1 July 2027.
- Lathbury Road
- 1 October 2026 – 10am on 1 July 2027.
What's Included?
Your electricity, heating, and water are included in your accommodation along with high speed wired and wireless internet. Your room will also include:

Insurance
The College also provides a basic level of insurance. You can download the insurance certificate and register and confirm your details.
If you would like additional cover, you are advised to shop around for the best deal.
TV Licence

Code of Practice
Wadham College is signed up to the Student Accommodation Code. All students are required to sign a University UK Code of Practice Licence Agreement.
All Licence Agreements are subject to £400 payment at the beginning of each academic year. This will be refunded at the end of your time at Wadham.
Vacations
The Full Academic Year Licence covers the winter and spring vacations. Note that some students may be moved to a different room during these vacations.
The Term Time Only Licence does not cover any vacations but students can apply for separate licences to cover all or part of the winter and spring vacations if they wish.
Neither the Full Academic Year Licence nor the Term Time Only Licence covers the summer vacation. If you would like to discuss the possibility of extending your stay into the summer vacation, please contact the accommodation officer at accommodation@wadham.ox.ac.uk.
