We prepare to wish our Head Gardener a happy retirement while welcoming his replacement

One of Wadham's most longstanding staff members, Andrew Little, will be hanging up his trowel later this year after nearly 40 years as Head Gardener. Ready to take up the baton is our new Head Gardener, David Perdiguero Blanco.

We caught up with Andrew and David to hear how they both feel about the impending change. They also shared their thoughts about their favourite parts of and plants in the grounds, and what they have learned from each other during the handover period.

Thank you to Andrew for his untiring and dedicated work in keeping the College grounds looking beautiful for our students, Fellows, staff and visitors. We look forward to continuing to enjoy them under David's new regime!
