College Computer Rooms (CCR)

There are a number of computers on site for use by College members.

In the basement of staircase 19 there are 3 computer rooms. The Graduate Centre and Annexes also have dedicated work stations for students to use. Access to all these locations requires a valid University card.

Log on to any of these work stations using your SSO (Nexus email) credentials.

Printing, photocopying and scanning

Facilities:

Printing, photocopying and scanning is available at the following locations - Library, SC19 CCR, GC, Merifield, DWB and SCR Post Room.

The College web printing portal enables you to print remotely from your own machine to all of the above printers. This and associated printing costs can be found at https://printing.wadham.ox.ac.uk.

You can also print from your personal devices using our email to print service. Using your Wadham College email account, attach the documents you want to print to a new email and send it to one of the following addresses:

If you need to print A3 or modify an A4 print job you can do this by logging into the College computers (Library, SC19 CCR, Graduate Center and Merifield) using your SSO and printing directly to the local printer.

If you need to print a poster or anything larger than A3 IT Services can be used to print up to A0. Further information including pricing can be found here.

Gaming and compliance

Gaming devices can be registered manually to use the wired connection. Please click here and follow the instructions for registering a gaming device.

Emergency Out of Hours’ Hotline: (01865 2) 12345

The out of hours’ hotline is a manned service external to the University. They have limited access to University systems but may be able to help with any general PC problems.
