Casual Lodge Receptionist - Night Shift
Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking for individuals who would be interested in joining our Lodge team on a casual basis.
The Lodge is not only front of house, but in many ways, it is the hub of the College, and the role of a Lodge Receptionist is vital to the efficient running of the College. Our Lodge Receptionists are expected to be knowledgeable about College life and rules and to be polite and helpful when dealing with both members of the public, and the wider college community.
Salary: £13.16 per hour
There is no closing date for applications and the advert will remain open until filled. The College reserves the right to take down the vacancy with no notice should sufficient applications be received and/or the posts are filled.

The post-holders will need to have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, good administrative skills and be able to use their own initiative and deal effectively with any issues that may arise. Experience of working in an Oxford College is not essential and training will be provided in the role. Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic DBS.
The working hours are on an ad-hoc basis and day receptionists fall would be asked to work between 7pm-7am
