Senior Sales Executive

Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking for an experienced sales professional to support the Accommodation, Sales and Events department in an exciting new role to the College

The Senior Sales Executive will have shared responsibility of delivering the annual sales an events budget, maximising revenue for the College and reducing expenditure to reach the College annual targets.

During term time, this role will assist with all College events, supporting the fellows and students and outside of term will support the conference guests to the College. The post holder will be expected to seek out new clients and cultivate relationships with other organisations, effectively advertising the services and facilities the College can provide.

£33,951 - £39,906 per annum (discretionary to £43,482 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience. Grade 6 of the University Salary scale. In addition, Wadham College also pays full-time staff a further £1,730 Oxford Weighting per annum

This is a permanent, full-time position and the post holder is expected to be flexible to meet the demands of the role (no less than 37.5 hours a week)
