Weekend Scout
Wadham College, one of the largest University of Oxford colleges, is looking for a permanent Weekend Scout (Cleaner) at the main college site.
This is an opportunity to be part of a large housekeeping team on a part-time basis to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained across the College.
Salary: £12.49 per hour

This post provides an ideal opportunity to join one of the largest departments in the College where a high level of service is provided. The role will involve dusting, vacuuming, polishing and general cleaning of rooms and areas across the College. Successful candidates need to have cleaning experience, good communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
The working hours are 8 hours a week (4 hours a day, Saturday and Sunday). Applications could also potentially be considered for candidates able to only work one day at the weekend. You may be required to work additional overtime hours on weekdays and particularly during conference periods, on a rota, according to the Head of Housekeeping’s roster.
Holiday entitlement is 30 days pro rata (to include 5 days at Christmas, plus public/bank holidays) during a complete holiday year, pro rata for part time hours.
