'Deportation of mother and child from Denmark who were victims of Domestic Abuse to India' by Shazia Choudhry is published on the Leiden Children's Rights Observatory

Professor Shazia Choudhry, Professor in the Faculty of Law and Hackney Fellow in Law at Wadham College, prepared the Case Note, Deportation of mother and child from Denmark who were victims of Domestic Abuse to India. The Case Note has been published on Leiden Children's Rights Observatory, an open access database with case notes, papers and discussions on the decisions and views of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.
