Wadham Law and Justice Hub and Oxford Obligations Discussion Group are hosting a book launch for 'Omissions in Tort Law' by Sandy Steel, Fellow and Tutor in Law.

Published by Oxford University Press in 2024, 'Omissions in Tort Law' offers philosophical and doctrinal analysis of omissions and provides readers with an understanding of the basic principles that underpin this area of law. The book's author, Sandy Steel, is Professor of Law and Philosophy of Law in the Faculty of Law and Lee Shau Kee's Sir Man Kam Lo Fellow in Law at Wadham.

The launch event will include a panel discussion chaired by Nick McBride (Cambridge), with panelists, Lord Burrows (UK Supreme Court); David Enoch (Oxford); and Helen Scott (Cambridge).
