Description
From the event organisers:
"At a first glance…. a mysterious being wishes to unravel an intimate and sincere story about his identity, inspired by a post-revolutionary feminist world.
She, he or ThEY? This performance destabilizes the gender identity pre-established by the norm.
With its strange authenticity, by being present outside the framework, and through a politically hybrid body, the performance deconstructs the perception of gender itself. ThEY will provoke us with the pre-established image of the virile man. Because talking about virility is like going through a labyrinth where the traps of the obvious are numerous and subtle. The male who hurts... the fall, the fragility and surrendering is experienced as a breaking point of this big falsehood. Reshaping the concept of virility, seen as a quality of the human being and not only of the man."
