Summary

Wadstock is back after 3 years!! Oxford's premier one day student music festival. Featuring live music, comedy, poetry and art, this 12 till 12 event will be the event of Trinity.

EVENT INFORMATION:

Strictly 18+ event.

YOU NEED:

- Proof of Age (Driver's License/Passport/PASS). Bod card is not sufficient.

- Proof of negative test in last 48 hours.

- Fixr ticket.

Getting your wristband

Covid-19 Provisions

Do a lateral flow 48 hours before the event and register it online. You'll be required to show proof of registration (text/email from NHS) for entry. If you can't take a test, due to testing positive for Covid in the past 90 days, you'll need proof of this as a reason for not doing a lateral flow. If you do test positive for Covid-19, don't come. If you send us proof of your positive test (dated), we'll reimburse your ticket. Tickets are transferrable up until 5pm on Saturday the 20th of November.

Outfits

Please dress however you feel comfortable! We have two rules: no full frontal nudity and nothing culturally appropriative/insensitive.

Food

We will have food provided by TBC.

Drugs & Drink Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with any on them will be removed.
Water bottles will be provided for free, please ask at the bar if you need one.

Drinks will be provided by the Mad Hatter. Please try to avoid being too muchâ„¢. However, if you/a friend need assistance:

Welfare & Medical Space
There will be a welfare space in the antechapel. This will be staffed by student volunteers. There will be air beds and food/water.
Medical help will be provided by St Johns Ambulance staff if you need it.

Disabilities Provision
If you have a disability that you think may hinder your ability to evacuate in case of an emergency, please get in touch (Email su.entz@wadham.ox.ac.uk) so we can make an appropriate support plan.

Charge your phone!
Tickets & Covid pass are on your phone. Make sure it's charged, saves us a lot of faff.

Appropriate behaviour
Wadstock is safe, inclusive, and loving space. Any instances of homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, sexual harassment or shaming of any kind will not be tolerated. Please talk to the Entz (in hi-vis) or visit the welfare space if an incident of this type occurs.
