Professor Nathalie Seddon wins a British Ecological Society Award

The British Ecological Society's annual awards recognise distinguished ecologists whose work has benefited the scientific community and society.

Among the recipients of this year's annual awards and prizes is Professor Nathalie Seddon, Director of Nature-based Solutions Initiative, an interdisciplinary programme of research, education and policy advice based in the Departments of Biology and Geography at the University of Oxford and our Tutorial Fellow in Biology.

Professor Seddon received the Marsh Award for Ecology. This is awarded for an outstanding current research record that is having a significant impact on the development of the science of ecology or its application. The award is provided by the Marsh Charitable Trust and administered by the British Ecological Society. Many congratulations to Professor Seddon!
