Wadham is shortlisted for a 2026 Unlock Net Zero Award

Date Published: 06.05.2026

With Eyesea Green, we are among the finalists in the Retrofit project of the year: London and the South category.

We are pleased to be among the 2026 Unlock Net Zero finalists, with Eyesea Green, for the Heritage decarbonisation at Wadham College project.

Led by Director of Sustainability, Frances Lloyd, and Estates Manager, Chris Cox, we aim to reach carbon net zero by 2035. Eyesea Green technology is helping us to make significant strides towards this goal. We have worked with Eyesea Green on an evidence-based approach to room-level energy management and control. Intelligent, room-specific systems actively manage heating, ventilation, and environmental conditions — delivering substantial energy savings while reducing reliance on whole building invasive retrofits.

The Unlock Net Zero awards shine a light on the individuals, teams, partnerships, projects and firms committed to driving a successful net-zero transition. It is a stage to showcase, learn from and amplify the most inspiring contributions across the sector.

The awards ceremony will be hosted by writer, broadcaster and founder of Natural Places, Kunle Barker, at Manchester Central on 23 June. Congratulations to all our fellow finalists!
