Hannah Christensen has been awarded the Clarence Leroy Meisinger Award by the American Meteorological Society

Hannah Christensen, Associate Professor and Tutorial Fellow in Physics, has been awarded the Clarence Leroy Meisinger Award by the American Meteorological Society. The early-career award recognises Professor Christensen's fundamental research and leadership in understanding and quantifying forecast uncertainty in weather and climate models.

The Clarence Leroy Meisinger Award is given to an individual in recognition of research achievement that concerns the observation, theory, and modelling of atmospheric motions on all scales. Many congratulations to Professor Christensen on this achievement!
